Chest
Measure under arms and across shoulder blades holding tape firm and level.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline.
Sleeve Length
Measure from where the shoulder seam meets armhole to the cuff.
Inseam
Measure pants that fit you well. Lay them flat, with the front and back creased smooth. Measure along the inseam from crotch to bottom of leg hem.
Hips
Measure straight across the widest hip line from edge to edge.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-2 days for our team to pick and pack you order. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times.
Orders will be delivered between 8 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorized person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection center for you to collect.
Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.

We offer signature gift wrapping at checkout which can be added to your order for $10 USD. Wrapping includes box, tissue paper, sticker wrapped in a ribbon, personal note can also be added on a handwritten printed card.
If you require presents to be separately wrapped, we require you to place separate orders.

Great shirt/jacket!, the outside is a super soft fleece, and the inside is a plush teddy bear fleece! I bought this for my son that hates to wear winter coats.he loved it! He is 11 yrs old and wears a 10/12 in jackets. I bought him the large(10/12) and it was wayyyyy tooo big. You want it a little big to wear stuff under it, but the sleeves were at least 3 inches too long, and the body was down past his knees. I re ordered a medium(7/8) so I hope it fits because I was really happy with the quality of this shirt. He owns several of the Eddie Bauer ones, but this one feels heavier and thicker , more plush. Love
