Measure under arms and across shoulder blades holding tape firm and level.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline.
Sleeve Length
Measure from where the shoulder seam meets armhole to the cuff.
Inseam
Measure pants that fit you well. Lay them flat, with the front and back creased smooth. Measure along the inseam from crotch to bottom of leg hem.

I bought 2 of the flannel shirts. I love them! They are well made. They feel good. They came promptly. And the price was right. I had to get an XL so the sleeves would be long enough for my long arms, but that's ok. I can use it as a light jacket now. It washed up nicely - didn't shrink. The 10.6oz fabric is far heavier than what seems to be commonly available. That's what I was looking for. I can recommend these shirts with no reservations. Buy 2!

This is a surprisingly heavy duty shirt, and i like it. I'm 6'2", 200lbs, 44" chest, 34" waist. I got a large, and the fit is on the looser side. The shoulders and sleeves are generously cut, and I have more than enough room to move and reach. The waist is a bit boxier than I'd like, but this is a common issue I have with shirts, so I can't get too upset about this shirt having an average cut. The underarm gussets are a nice touch and do help.Between the looser cut and the thick fabric, this is almost a shirt jacket, but It juuuust barely is a heavy shirt. The fabric is soft, warm, and thick cotton, which feels great but also is too warm for me to wear indoors if the room is warm. This is perfect for cooler days, splitting wood in the winter, and outdoors when it's 65 or cooler.
