Measure under arms and across shoulder blades holding tape firm and level.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline.
Sleeve Length
Measure from where the shoulder seam meets armhole to the cuff.
Inseam
Measure pants that fit you well. Lay them flat, with the front and back creased smooth. Measure along the inseam from crotch to bottom of leg hem.
Hips
Measure straight across the widest hip line from edge to edge.

This shacket is very plush and warm without being to thick to move around freely and still is light weight. It is well made, no loose threads or material, and istrue to the color shown. It did have a slight smell upon opening by was fine in an hour or so. Pockets are a nice size and there is even a pocket on the inside of each opening that is large enough to put many items in. I am showing it with a pen for perspective. I am 160lbs and 5'3" and bought a large. Still roomy so I could wear multiple layers underneath. This is definitely more jacket than shirt. I am planning on getting another one in a different color/pattern.
I was looking for a warm shirt jacket that would also be pretty and not break the bank. This fits the bill. It is sooo soft to the touch and the faux shearling liner is very warm. I bought another for my sister and she loves hers too.

I can't recall how I found this site but I'm thrilled I did. I purchased the gray jacket for myself and the lighter color for my wife. We can't stop wearing it. Working from home, sitting all day, we get cold and this jacket looks sharp enough and keeps us toasty. The medium worked well for my broad shoulders but the small is a big over-sized for her. I don't believe there is an extra-small.
