Measure under arms and across shoulder blades holding tape firm and level.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline.
Sleeve Length
Measure from where the shoulder seam meets armhole to the cuff.
Inseam
Measure pants that fit you well. Lay them flat, with the front and back creased smooth. Measure along the inseam from crotch to bottom of leg hem.
Hips
Measure straight across the widest hip line from edge to edge.

Bought it as a joke to have fun at this hipster event I was invited to but really kind of like it. It's the soft flannel that you enjoy in full sleeve shirts and the cut offs are sewn nicely so nothing unravels. Wore it on a vacation in Florida with my family and my brothers were jealous. Got mistaken for the gator boat tour guide like 5 different times.
