Chest
Measure under arms and across shoulder blades holding tape firm and level.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline.
Sleeve Length
Measure from where the shoulder seam meets armhole to the cuff.
Inseam
Measure pants that fit you well. Lay them flat, with the front and back creased smooth. Measure along the inseam from crotch to bottom of leg hem.
Hips
Measure straight across the widest hip line from edge to edge.

I love this shirt. 5'5", 130 pounds and the small for perfect. Super soft and cozy. Keeps me warm in cold Wisconsin weather without making me sweat. Looks exactly as expected and washes well. No shrinkage. I will be back for more.
I really love this shirt despite my one issue with it: it's rather snug on the upper sleeves compared to most other shirts I've owned in this size (large). If you dislike tight fitting on upper sleeves you may want to size up just to avoid the issue. This is probably due to the fact that the inner lining does restrict the arm-space a little more than normal. You may want to size up if that is a concern for you as well. It feels very high quality and durable, so I am going to keep this one as a goal shirt for weight loss when it will fit me better. It's too nice to give up even when it doesn't fit quite comfortably because it is so warm and soft. If the sleeves were just a touch wider around I think it'd be a perfect winter shirt.Update: I ordered a few more in a size up and have only noticed one minor quality issue (loose threads on a sleeve cut) out of four shirts. So quality seems consistent. Also adding a photo of the "blue" shirt as I do not feel the product photos accurately reflect just how much the pink/red lines overpower the blue. It's pretty, but not what I expected given the photos. I thought the pink/red lines would be more muted.

I loved the softness and the fit. The colors were very bright and pretty. I wish the breast pockets were bigger and that it also had side waist level pockets. I bought one for myself and 1 for a gift for my daughter. Our only complaint was no pockets big enough to carry our phones. It would be wonderful if that could be fixed. However, we loved the other things so kept it.
